As a wildlife conservationist, I’ve come to appreciate settings that balance nature and comfort, and this old building from the 16th century offers just that. Julia, the owner, was welcoming and ready with local tips, making the experience feel authentic. The spacious rooms, creatively decorated with rustic charm, provided a cozy sanctuary after a day of exploring. The shower was modern and clean, truly a nice touch. While the breakfast was delightful, offering a hearty start to the day, it could benefit from a bit more fruit variety. The location is a bit remote, yet with good roads, you can reach various attractions within a 90-minute drive. Amenities such as free parking and a generous outdoor dining area enhance the value proposition of this B&B. If you're drawn to relaxation in a peaceful setting without the flash of a luxury hotel, Frairie Du Divit strikes a commendable balance between value and comfort while encouraging a deeper connection to the surrounding landscape.
